Brett is the Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker of
Record for Post Oak Realty. Ha also serves in both the acquisition and sales of company-owned properties. He targets properties for future development, initiates contract negotiations and oversees project feasibility. Brett also oversees the development and sales
of one of Post Oak’s newest Hill Country residential communities, Latigo Ranch. He is also involved in the sales of two new Hill Country Communities, the Haby Tract and Cresta Bella.
Brett is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin with a Liberal Arts degree, Economics
and Business Administration. |

Jimmy is involved in all aspects of contract administration, land acquisition and marketing
of property for Post Oak Development. He manages the sales of several residential developments, including Cresta Bella, Haby Tract, San Geronimo Ranch and the Cline
Ranch. He specializes in ranch sales, providing his clients with expert advice about local environmental concerns, zoning issues, permitting, etc. Jimmy has been involved in the
Real Estate and construction business since 1978 and been a partner or owner in many residential and commercial developments.
Jimmy is a Texas Aggie, Class of 1977, where he majored in Business Management and Engineering Technology. He was a four year letterman, co- captain, and a 1st team All Southwest Conference defensive tackle in both his junior and senior seasons for Texas
A&M. He played for the Houston Oilers in 1977 and 1978. |

Kathleen oversees aspects of sales and contracts for our properties and land development projects. Her tasks include marketing all properties, locating buyers and sellers for current projects and performing area market studies.
Kathleen is currently managing the sales team at one of our prime hill country developments, Dancing Bear Ranch. She keeps all sales reports, activity logs, marketing data and
generates listings for Post Oak Realty. She is a graduate of University of the Incarnate
Word with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Kathleen holds a Texas Real Estate License
and is a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®
& the National Association of REALTORS® . |
